RJ Griffin chose Henry to build and install the Art Deco crown topping this landmark building in the Atlantic Station development neighborhood of Atlanta. In addition, we provided wall cladding for the parking deck, and multiple entry canopies. We had a block of time scheduled for the tower cranes. Schedule over-runs of other trades meant that crane time was being rationed as our crown installation drew near. Our modular pre-construction methods allowed us to complete the building crown significantly faster than could have been done using traditional stick building. Not only did we meet our schedule with reduced crane access, but it also helped the GC by freeing up valuable crane time for other trades.
