The office building sign package we built and installed for Northside Medical Midtown was designed by Caruso-Drye. It is beautifully designed and functional. The building is identified from every angle and wayfinding signs clearly direct visitors, whether in or out of their cars, to where they need to go at every decision point along their path. Our work is literally all over the building, inside and out.

The property is a twelve-story, state-of-the-art, medical office building on West Peachtree Street in Midtown Atlanta. This multi-tenant facility is Northside’s largest urban location, with nearly 169,000 square feet of space to serve Atlanta’s rapidly growing Midtown population.
Office Building Sign Packages Help Your Visitors Get Where They Are Going
The tenants are Northside affiliated services and healthcare providers including general family medicine, orthopedic and sports medicine, radiation and oncological services, and various surgical specialties, as well as a pharmacy and an urgent care center.
The office building was developed by Realty Trust Group (RTG), who hired us, designed by Cooper Carry, and built by Batson-Cook, and as mentioned above, the sign package was designed by Caruso-Drye.

Our most obvious contributions are lighted and unlighted building identification signs. In addition, we did wayfinding signs, including electronic directories, directional signs, and traffic flow and location signs and murals in the parking garage. We also provided ADA life safety and tenant office signs throughout the building.

Every office building sign package is unique, but there are common threads dictated by necessity. Identification signs help visitors find your building, and when planned and executed well, wayfinding signs will help them park, and will get them to the right floor and office with minimal confusion. At their best, sign packages are also creatively designed and attractively finished. We think this is such a package.
